- Service
One-to-one online sim racing coaching for iRacing, delivered in English or Spanish.
- Booking & payment
Sessions are booked on this website or via DM (Discord or Instagram). A slot is confirmed once payment is received.
- Rescheduling & cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may count as a used session.
- Refunds
Sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Unused hours in a package must be used within a reasonable time agreed with the coach.
- Custom Setup
An optional add-on (+20 €), only included if requested at booking.
- Pricing
All prices are in euros (€) and may change at any time. The price at the time of booking applies.
- Privacy
Contact details are used only to arrange and deliver sessions and are never shared with third parties.
- Independence
NM Coaching is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by iRacing.

Data we handle: when you book, your name, email, Discord username, iRacing name, the car and track you want to work on, and the package, date and time you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Purpose and legal basis: to arrange and deliver sessions and answer your messages (performance of the contract), to issue invoices and meet tax duties (legal obligation), and to reply to enquiries (consent / legitimate interest).
Recipients: Hostinger (website hosting and email), Stripe (payments) and the platforms you use to contact us (Discord, Instagram, TikTok, email provider). We do not sell your data. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their own safeguards.
Reviews: if you leave a review, we receive your name, rating and comment. With your consent, your name, rating and comment are published on this site. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
Retention: only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to s2vnicomm@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Datos que tratamos: al reservar, tu nombre, email, usuario de Discord, nombre en iRacing, el coche y circuito que quieres trabajar, y el pack, la fecha y la hora que elijas. Los pagos los procesa Stripe; nunca vemos ni guardamos el número de tu tarjeta.
Finalidad y base legal: organizar y prestar las sesiones y responder a tus mensajes (ejecución del contrato), emitir facturas y cumplir obligaciones fiscales (obligación legal) y atender tus consultas (consentimiento / interés legítimo).
Destinatarios: Hostinger (alojamiento web y correo), Stripe (pagos) y las plataformas que uses para contactarnos (Discord, Instagram, TikTok, proveedor de email). No vendemos tus datos. Estos proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera del EEE con sus propias garantías.
Reseñas: si dejas una reseña, recibimos tu nombre, valoración y comentario. Con tu consentimiento, se publican en esta web tu nombre, tu valoración y tu comentario. Puedes pedirnos que la retiremos en cualquier momento.

Right of withdrawalDerecho de desistimiento
If you are a consumer in the EU/Spain, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. If you ask for a session to start within that period, you request immediate performance: if you withdraw before the service is completed you pay proportionally for what was already delivered, and once the service is fully performed you lose the right to withdraw. To withdraw, email s2vnicomm@gmail.com.
Si eres consumidor en la UE/España, dispones de 14 días para desistir de una compra a distancia sin dar motivo. Si pides que una sesión comience dentro de ese plazo, solicitas su ejecución inmediata: si desistes antes de que el servicio se complete pagarás la parte proporcional ya prestada, y una vez prestado por completo pierdes el derecho de desistimiento.
